For existing Michigan Medical Marijuana Program patients whose card will expire soon. This IS a telemedicine (phone call) appointment. You should expect to receive a phone call from the doctor within 30 minutes (+/- 15 minutes) of your scheduled appointment time. You will receive an email with additional instructions. State application fee is $40 and paid directly to the State of Michigan - MMMP.

For patients who have already received a diagnosis for a Qualifying Condition. This IS a telemedicine (phone call) appointment. The doctor will call you within 30 minutes (+/- 15 min) of your scheduled appointment time. You will receive a confirmation email with additional information. If the doctor is unable to reach you, s/he will try to reach you on the following day. State application fee is $40 and paid directly to the State of Michigan - MMMP.

For patients that have been approved by our doctors prior, and require full compliance with the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act (ex. Employment, Court order, Life Insurance, etc.).

For MMMP card holders whose card IS NOT more than six (6) months expired. Recommended that renewal appointment is held at least 30 days before card expiration. Appointment held via ZOOM meeting. Must have suitable phone or computer with reliable internet, camera, microphone. You DO NOT need to download/install any apps.
